Stall Fees/Information
$50 for pole barn or $75 for brick barn, payment requested by June 10, 2022.
Use entry form or contact Courtney Morrill 816-506-3042, to pre-order stalls, shavings ($11/bag) or brome hay ($12/bale). Additional shavings and hay may be ordered during the show.
Stalls available at 10:00am 6/24/22 (Friday).  Horses & equipment must be removed from fairgrounds by 6:00pm on 6/26/22 (Sunday).

Performance/Equitation/Academy Showcase: $30 per class
Academy: $20 per class
Office fee: $15 per horse

Negative Coggins within past year for all equidae.
Health papers within past 30 days required for out-of-state equidae.
Registration papers must be emailed (midamcharity@gmail.com) or mailed in with entries or presented in the Show Office before release of back numbers.

All ASB entries must include registration number and membership numbers for trainers, owners, and exhibitors (if applicable).

The Mid-America Charity Horse Show is held in compliance with all laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Missouri.  All exhibitors are notified to comply therewith with special reference to the Horse Protection Act of 1970 as amended.

ACADEMY ENTRY DEADLINE: 5pm June 10, 2022

$20 entry fee for Academy; Ribbons through 6th place — no payback

MHSA Academy rules followed.  All riders and drivers 17 and under are required to wear ASTM approved protective headgear with chinstrap. The failure to wear such headgear will result in the elimination of the entry. Protective headgear is highly recommended for adult participants.

No cross-entering between WT and WTC in academy or academy and performance classes.

All academy classes are Saddle Seat unless otherwise indicated.

Academy Splits: classes will be split if more than 8 entries for riders aged 9 Years & Over, and if more than 6 entries for riders aged 8 Years & Under.

Academy Showcase: Class #30 is open to the top 3 riders in classes #14, #16, and #18 who are 10 years of age or older with the total class not to exceed 8 riders. If all 9 riders who qualify and are eligible are wanting to show back, the class will be split.  Class #33 is open to the top 4 riders in classes #20 and #22, with the total class not to exceed 8 riders.  If you have a rider who qualifies for either of these classes, please contact Courtney Morrill in the show office or at 816-506-3042 to verify participation and entry.  The riders qualified for each class must be entered by 5pm on Saturday, June 25th, if they wish to show.

Stalls: $50 for pole barn or $75 for brick barn; preferred reservation is via entry form, or call Courtney Morrill at 816-506-3042 if changes are required.  Stalls will be available starting at 10:00am on 6/24/22 (Friday); all horses and equipment must be removed by 6:00pm on 6/26/22 (Sunday).

Bedding: $11 per shavings bag (can order on entry form or call Courtney Morrill at 816-506-3042.  May be ordered at the show.

Brome Hay: $12 per bale, must be pre-ordered! Not available to be ordered at the show.*Update 5/14/22: hay may now also be ordered at the show.
