2008 Academy Division Registration Form
This form provides registration for pre-entering the 2008 Mid-America Charity Horse Show academy classes #25 - #40. Registration must be completed by noon on Tuesday, August 26, 2008. You may also register by calling Mary Zion at 816-210-7184 or 816-525-1596.
Entry Rules
Junior riders are required to wear protective headgear with chinstrap. Protective headgear is highly recommended for adult participants. Riders may not enter any other under-saddle class at this show. Lesson horses only (used regularly in a lesson program and not in training).
Entry Fees, Back Numbers, Signatures
When picking up back numbers, please pay your $10 entry fee and sign the entry release form. If you did not pre-enter by noon on Tuesday, August 26, 2008, the entry fee is $15. Ribbons are given through 6th place, and there are no paybacks.
